Lorelei

Lorelei brings a calm focus and a lot of energy to the Syncycle team. At 29, with just under a year of experience coaching indoor cycling, she’s all about moving with intention, finding the balance between strength, rhythm and presence on the bike.

Her rides are powerful and structured, mixing choreography and resistance work to build both confidence and endurance. As a trained Hatha yoga instructor, she naturally weaves breath, alignment and body awareness into her classes, helping riders stay connected while pushing their limits.

Music is a big part of her world: expect niche pop remixes, drum & bass and UK garage to set the pace and lift the room. Whether you come for the flow, the challenge or the playlist, Lorelei’s goal is to make you feel strong, grounded and fully in it, from the first beat to the last.

How do you want your rider to feel after class?
I want every rider to leave my class feeling proud of themselves and hungry for more. I truly believe the magic of this practice comes from commitment and dedication, from showing up, again and again.

My goal is to create a space where everyone feels welcome and supported, and where they can trust me to guide them in discovering the rush the bike can give. More than anything, I hope they leave with that empowering feeling and carry it with them long after the ride is over.

Your teaching style is:
Passionate, grounded, powerful.

What keep you inspired?
Being around passionate people. I learn everyday by supporting loved ones and new connections around me pursuing their dreams and discovering their talent.
